The space

This cozy and inviting first-floor unit spans 680 sq. ft. and offers a delightful 1 bedroom, 1 bath layout, complete with a back porch to relish the picturesque views of the golf course. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a Smart flat-screen TV for your entertainment. In the living room, you'll find a plush queen-size sofa and another Smart TV.

While the kitchen is compact, it is equipped with essential cooking supplies to prepare your meals. You can dine at the kitchen counter table, accommodating up to 3 guests, or enjoy an outdoor seating area on the patio with a table for four. Surrounded by majestic trees and the lush greenery of the Walden Golf Course, you'll truly feel immersed in a forest-like ambiance.

It's essential to note that this is a compact space, and occasionally, odors and increased humidity levels may penetrate through the walls, potentially resulting in a residual smoke smell. To mitigate this, I've equipped the space with two air purifiers, and you can enhance ventilation by briefly opening the back sliding door for a few minutes.

I kindly ask you to consider this aspect, including humidity levels, before finalizing your booking. My goal is to ensure that my place suits your needs perfectly. Please be aware that if you proceed with the booking, refunds will not be issued once you've checked in.

Only one small dog allowed under 35 pounds. Please keep your pet off all furniture, use a kennel, use a leash outdoors and pick up dog poop.

Additional pet fee of $150. Small dogs only allowed. Please provide dog breed and weight.

Outdoor smoking/vaping only.
Unauthorized pets and indoor smoking will assess an additional fee of $150 and $250 respectively.
