The agreement covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes to complete, with no app to download and no account or password required. You'll receive it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details will follow once both are complete.

Access & Check-In
You'll receive a unique code for the electronic deadbolt, allowing you to access the property at your convenience. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for $20 per hour (one-hour minimum). Please request as early as possible so we can coordinate with our cleaning company.

Parking & Trash
Parking is in the gravel lot at the rear of the property, reachable from either Whitman Street or Herron Street. Trash bins are kept out by the road on Whitman Street—simply drop your bags in; nothing needs to be brought back.

Security & Noise Monitoring
Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas of the property. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only and does not record audio or video. The device is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom, protecting your privacy while maintaining a respectful environment for all guests.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the reservation. The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules.
