New charming chalet, 15 to 16 people with panoramic terrace facing south

  • Quiet chalet, facing south, with large panoramic terrace of 40 m2, sunny from morning to evening and sauna.
    Located 350 m from the center of the village of Montgenèvre and 480 m from the slopes. The 'Janus' stop of the free Montgenèvre ski bus is next to the chalet.
    Built in 2013. Everything is completely new, made in chalet-wood style and very well insulated.

    Unique offer in Montgenevre for winter holidays (ski area of the milky way 'Via Lattea' connecting the Montgenèvre and Clavière-Sestrière stations in Italy, offering 400 km of slopes) and summer (18-hole golf, mountain biking, bike park, lakes, the largest summer toboggan run in France, tennis, swimming pool, grimp'in forest adventure park, Via ferrata, ...).
