街中での快適な滞在。
モンテビデオでおすすめできるホテルです。ロビーから高級感があります。ホテルのスタッフは英語が通じます。チェックインの際、フロントスタッフが部屋までそのまま先導してくれ、部屋の説明をしてくれました。南米のホテルでは初めての経験でした。部屋にはバスタブがあり、シャワーのお湯も十分に出ます。Wi-Fiは強く快適。朝食は南米では珍しく、生野菜（きゅうりとトマト）がありました。近隣の有名肉料理店エルフォゴンのドリンクサービス券がフロントでもらえます。徒歩数分にコンビニがあり、23時すぎでも営業していました。

ローカルバスを利用して移動していましたが、どこに行くにもとてもアクセスの良い場所でした。 ホテルスタッフもとても親切丁寧です。 朝食が残念でした。

The hotel's central location was excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions, although breakfast was not included. A drawback was the thin walls, allowing us to hear our neighbors and the loud noise of doors closing. Fortunately, our room had a loud air conditioner. We encountered a strong sewer smell from the bathroom, which was very inconvenient, but the staff was helpful and moved us to a different room. The swing shift staff were friendly, and the night shift worker was welcoming. However, the day shift staff did not even greet us as we left. Overall, it was a good stay, but there is room for improvement.

Front desk receptionists were very helpful. Hotel is walking distance to Hard Rock and Half Oyster shell restaurant. I was given drinking tokens which was unexpected. Excellent choice for a hotel at a reasonable price!!

Hotel céntrico, aunque al rededor parece poco seguro. El personal indiferente poco amable. Habitación cómoda. Aunque se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle y en los pasillos.

Reserved a room for 3 adults and 2 children, they would not honour our reservation saying the room would not accomodate the baby and that we would need to book an additional room. After arguing for 30 minutes, they finally let us have the room.

O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim e tinha baratas. O minibar era barulhento. O exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando, então o banheiro virava uma sauna a vapor. O café da manhã era Ok. E tinha um supermercado próximo, o que era muito bom.

We didn’t feel this is a 4 star property…more a 2 star property. The good was front desk staff was helpful and friendly at check-in and check-out. The bad was having issues with the shower/tub not draining well, and dimly lit bathroom due to a light bulb out. The hallway doors are cheap hollow doors and make a lot of noise when opened and closed. Overall the rooms could use a renovation! Also, The restaurant was closed upon checkin and it was only 7:30pm. We did sleep pretty well since it was a long day, but it was not all that sound without my white noise machine on my phone. I would not recommend if you are expecting a 4 star property.

Our room had an internal view of the air conditioners, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel. The room was clean and well kept. Beds and pillows are firm, but comfortable. Bring earplugs, though, (which we always do) because the walls/doors aren't as insulated as US hotels. They have a designated no-parking area in front of the hotel so that Uber rides were easy to get into and out of. There were lots of restaurants/activities around the hotel and were easily within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast, Hot scrambled eggs and ham, warm mini-french toast and waffles. Cold cuts and cheese, fruit salad, pastries, quiche, and a wide selection of juices. They also had hot milk at the coffee station and a bowl of chocolate powder to add to the milk or coffee. The neighborhoods around the hotel looks rundown by US standards, with litter and graffiti, but that's not really specific to this hotel, it's pretty widespread in the downtown area. Reminded me of the more industrial areas of European cities and very much like San Francisco. Enjoyed our time there and would return, especially for the price.

Boa. Valorizo dois aspecto mais importantes para mim, qualidade do quarto e do banheiro. O primeiro correspondeu com roupas de cama de boa qualidade, brancas e limpas, colchão e travesseiros limpos e de boa qualidade. Já o banheiro decepcionou na limpeza da banheira, toalhas com mal cheiro e manutenção do espaço físico ( tampa do sanitário quebrada e cortinas como box). Espaço externo impecável ( hall e restaurante)

Great location
Location was perfect for walking to major points of interest. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay for 2 bottles of water from the refrigerator - no mention that it was a chargeable consumable. All and all an excellent stay and highly recommend !

Já foi bem melhor.
Razoável. Já fiquei muitas vezes neste hotel, sempre no quarto superior e percebo que falta de manutenção e substituição de toalhas que estão bastante desgastadas. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar, precisei reclamar por duas vezes para que melhorasse um pouco. As atendentes no café da manhã parece que sempre estão trabalhando mal humorado não sendo nada simpáticos com os hospedes.

Impresiona que hubo poco personal en época de vacaciones. Sábanas sucias al llegar, pedimos las cambiaran. Deben mejorar la comunicación con los huéspedes. Buena ubicación, desayuno aceptable, pudieran incluir más verduras, el servicio puede mejorar bastante. Fue una estancia regular, para pocos días no es un mal hotel si mejoran estos aspectos.

Es un hotel muy normal, en una zona no demasiado bonita de la ciudad, pero con buenos servicios para conferencias. Le falta mantenimiento (muy ruidoso, el baño antiguo con muchas manchas de humedad y personal más amable en la restauración, en la recepción son encantadores).

Em geral um bom hotel
Hotel agradável, bons café da manhã e instalações em geral. Em geral sua localização compensa pequenas deficiências tipo garagem com poucos espaços, embora não enfrentei falta de vagas; a limpeza dos quartos poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas já está suficiente. Em geral, um bom hotel.
