I love this place because it’s affordable, the breakfast its great, the staff is always helpful and best part of everything, you literally walk outside into the park fundidora. If you have kids there is no better option to stay.

Liked almost everything, especially the staff. That is what ultimately makes this property amazing. The staff customer service is exceptional. Two things I didn't like: the local area is unsafe for Americans, and the breakfast buffett is not complimentary.

Staff is friendly. Room was clean but the sink was clogged up. We couldnt use it at all. Disappointing. Breakfas buffet needs more variety and to be replenished more often. Servers never came to our table. We were waiting for coffee for too long. Coffee was so good by the way.

The lobby was under construction so there was constant noise and dust. Check-in was slow. Room key won’t work at first, then with exchange of keys room door still won’t open. After going back and forth between the front desk and room a couple of times, we got put in a different room. The room was clean despite everything was very outdated. The water coming out shower was yellow with dirt. It was disgusting and not safe to shower in. We ended up checking out next morning without shower. The staff was friendly and nice but that was pretty much the only good thing about this facility. It was overall a very unpleasant experience.
