The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "The bed was comfortable but was not cleaned over two nights. The room was poorly equipped with one super flimsy plastic glass ( could not stand on its own and one other glass. They could do better at very little cost . The room location is very convenient to the Cinque Terre rail station. "
