Le Gîte du Procureur

This cottage offers: - On the ground floor, a kitchen, a living room (wood stove), one bedroom (queen-size bed) and a baby bed, a dressing room, a shower room, and a toilet. The ground floor has electric shutters on all windows. - Upstairs: three bedrooms (one queen-size bed, four single beds), a bathroom, and a toilet. In addition, there is a room dedicated to a billiard table, as well as a laundry room in the basement. There is a central vacuum system in the house and a dust collector in the kitchen. Outside: private heated swimming pool (June to September), private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a garden equipped with games (trampoline, boules pitch, swing, wooden cabin), shared with the owner. Parking in front of the gîte (3 to 4 vehicles). Nestled among farmland, Le Procureur is a quiet hamlet in the Vannes hinterland. You can easily get there in 15 minutes and explore the Gulf of Morbihan! Enjoy the activities nearby in the Landes de Lanvaux forest (hiking, fishing, swimming, etc.) nestled between the sea and the countryside. In a 45-minute drive, you can explore the department's major tourist attractions: Quiberon, Carnac, Rochefort-en-Terre, the Rhuys Peninsula, La Gacilly, Damgan, Josselin, and Pontivy. From the terrace, you might even spot deer wandering into the neighboring fields!
