"The hotel was totally excellent, however I couldn’t stay at the room with ocean view by my misunderstanding.So I tried to change the next day after confirming the room, but someone booked before it. I missed. One of disappointed things was the dispersal cups wasn’t changed to new ones. And after cleaning the room, the door was unlocked. It was a big problem. The terrace was very nice and the staffs were very kind and friendly."
