The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too.

Situation in the countryside was beautiful and the building looks good. Unfortunately the first room we were offered was musty and very uninviting with only the front patio doors letting light in. Fortunately the reception found another room in a more pleasant part of the hotel with easy access. Again the room had character with the aged furniture however the mattress on the bed needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate and we did not eat in the restaurant . Did have 4 stars, no doubt because of the facilities however suggest at the moment I would rate it lower. Reception staff were very helpful however would suggest a need for improvements.

Highly recommended

Wonderful stay – highly recommend! Beautiful complex in a quiet countryside setting, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch. Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless. Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future

The big catfish of a hotel. Our rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We booked a comfort room and were given an economy bunch room and then expected to pay for the comfort room. It was an absolute joke, The pool water was green and looked unswimable. Luckily we were only there for work and not for some r&r and managed to spent as little time at the accomodation. The free breakfast was stale cakes and breads and cereals. Would never go back and would give it a zero star if possible.

Everything was very old and the bed was very uncomfortable. The hairdryer overheated after 30 seconds and switched off. The food was very bad and ugly, only partially the appetizer buffet was eatable. After the first course we canceled the second course. Tables and chairs by the pool were full of spider webs. They are mainly hosting bigger tourist bus tours.

Wir waren völlig enttäuscht – wir hatten über Expedia ein Komfortzimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und uns dabei auf die dort verfügbaren Fotos verlassen. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer, dessen Zustand und Aussehen völlig anders waren als das auf Expedia präsentierte Komfortzimmer. Das Zimmer war schäbig und ungepflegt. Als wir die Rezeptionistin darauf hinwiesen, erklärte diese zunächst, die auf Expedia präsentierten Fotos seien nur allgemeiner Natur und illustrativ. Wir protestierten, dass wir nicht so viel Geld ausgeben sollten, um blind etwas zu buchen, das keine der aufgeführten Anforderungen erfüllte. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir ein Zimmer, das voll und ganz der Beschreibung des über Expedia gebuchten Zimmers entsprach. Zweitens kostete das feste Menü mit nur einem Vier-Gänge-Menü 40 €, unabhängig von der Anzahl der verzehrten Gerichte. Das war für uns absurd. Es reichte aus, nur das Buffet zu essen und am Ende trotzdem 40 € für zwei Personen für das gesamte Menü zu bezahlen. Das ist sehr unfair. Ansonsten keine weiteren Beanstandungen.

Bella struttura, nel verde, con piscina stupeda e ristorante comodo e molto ampio. Parco in cui immersaa struttura davvero bello. Forse la qualita cibo a cena è un po' troppo 'turistica' ma il buffet davvero meritevole ed ampio. Buonissima la colazione devo dire e tutto sommato ci può stare anche per il prezzo della cena. Se devo indicare una nota dolente è la pulizia della mia camera. La camera è bella ed ampia letti comodi, e bagno davvero grande, peccato non l'abbia trovata così pulita.. . Si potrebbe fare di meglio in tal senso poiché la struttura davvero merita tanto. Cmq ci tornerei, verificando prima quello che non mi è piaciuto.

Missledande bilder som inte stämmer överens med verkligheten. Myrinvasion i sängarna och badrummet. AC som bara bullrade och inte gav någon kyla. Otrevlig personal som knappt kunde engelska. La struttura in sé è anche bella e ha sicuramente del potenziale, però si nota che è un po’ trascurata nella manutenzione e nella cura dei dettagli. La camera un po’ datata, bagno con rubinetteria vecchia e malandata, materasso molto scomodo. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura principalmente per la presenza della spa e per la possibilità di prenotare trattamenti a pagamento, ma una volta in loco ci è stato comunicato con nostra sorpresa che non venivano effettuati trattamenti perché in periodo “fuori stagione”, anche se vi abbiamo soggiornato durante un weekend di un ponte festivo, quindi in giorni di affluenza turistica. La ristorazione è buona. Il contesto naturale toscano è meraviglioso, basterebbe poco per rendere questa struttura un relais da sogno, ma al momento lascia un po’ a desiderare purtroppo

Hotel fazenda rústico.

Um hotel interessante, tipo hotel fazenda, com toda sua rusticidade. Sinal de internet muito ruim. Atendimento médio. Alguns funcionários simpáticos, outros meio impacientes. Local bonito, linda piscina, excelente para uma família relaxar, crianças brincarem, enfim. Talvez não tenha atendido ao meu propósito de viagem.

Super freundlicher und aufgestellter Empfang. Die Damen an der Reception sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ohne Probleme früher Einchecken. Unser Hund (20kg) war auch überall erlaubt, am Pool gibt es ein extra Abteil um den Hund mit an den Pool zu nehmen. Das Zimmer war super sauber. Beim Frühstück liess die Hygiene etwas nach ebenso war die Auswahl etwas mikrig und das Brot vertrocknet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Dette er vores andet besøg på hotellet. Desværre trænger hotellet til renovering. Der er store huller i vejene på parkeringspladsen, kun én ladestander som ofte er optaget i flere timer, løse fliser ved swimmingpoolen, og en faldefærdig legeplads. Hotellets beliggenhed er dog smuk, og restauranten samt lobbyen er flotte. Vi kommer helt klart igen.

Ho prenotato 5 camere con la mia famiglia dell’estero ad occhi chiusi perché siamo stati 10 anni fa ma è stato una delusione per le stanze.. e la struttura abbastanza trascurata.
