"I would not know about this property because I never got to check in. The host was non responsive days and all the way up to the date of my reservation. Obviously with no check in/check out info, I could not access the property. VRBO’s customer service reps tried the host multiple times. The host couldn’t be reached by message on the VRBO app nor the phone # listed for the host. "Really enjoyed our stay here! Everything you need for cozy, relaxation! Built a fire, cooked in the adorable kitchen… I love a kitchen sink window…coffee and dinner on the screen porch. So so nice! Only drawback to having more than 3 people is limited seating inside. But if it’s gears weather I can see 6 people staying and having plenty of relaxing space together. "

"This rental was perfect for a solo retreat! It's not a far drive from Nashville or Chattanooga, but feels removed and tranquil. It is even more private and tucked away than it looks in the pictures. While it's part of a tiny home community, it's at the end of a long driveway, dipping down into it's own little haven, surrounded by trees and a creek. I saw more deer than people in the three days I was there. And the home itself is very nice, with all the modern amenities you'd want. Even standing at 6'8", I found it a comfortable amount of space. Though I imagine it might feel cramped with two or more guests. I would definitely return here in the future."

"It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Sewanee. We were allowed to bring our dog and there were great spaces to walk them. Great tv room with a big screen to watch football. The kitchen was set up very nicely. We will definitely book again. "
