The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal and only one medium size animal per booking). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (where applicable).



Villa Vivi is located in the hamlet of Borghetto, near Arezzo and the historic villages of the Val di Chiana. Modern in style and well equipped for indoor and outdoor living, the property consists of the main villa and an annex, which together offer four bedrooms and spacious, bright open-plan living areas for up to eight guests. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and large French windows open onto a covered veranda set up for outdoor dining, with views over the garden and lawn. The grounds include a heated hydromassage tub, a covered swimming pool with a paved solarium, and a children’s play area. Local restaurants, bakeries and shops are within walking distance, while Monte San Savino and Arezzo are easily reachable by car.

Interior:
The property includes a main villa and an annex. MAIN VILLA – Entrance into open-plan living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen; corridor leading to three double bedrooms (one with king-size bed); one bathroom with emotional shower and dingle-seater hot tub. ANNEX – Living area with kitchenette; one double bedroom; one bathroom with emotional shower. Laundry room has independent external access. Air conditioning in the bedrooms in the living and dining room.
Park:
The property is fully fenced and enclosed by hedges, with two iron gates (one pedestrian). A gravel parking area with five spaces and an electric car charging station is located near the entrance. The garden is planted with ornamental species including palms, pampas grasses and aromatic herbs. In front of the villa is a veranda with an outdoor dining area and, nearby, a heated hydromassage tub shaded by an umbrella. To the rear of the annex is a play area with wooden playhouse, trampoline, hammock, slide and swing, along with a mobile barbecue and access to the laundry room.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool lies between the villa and the annex on a flat lawned area. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 3 m; constant depth of 1.70 m; lined in sand-coloured PVC; accessed via steel ladder. The pool is partially covered by a fixed structure with sliding openings (approx. 1 m high); terracotta-paved solarium equipped with sunbeds, chairs and benches; recessed spotlights for lighting; solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
