"Clean room but hell on earth. We expected noise but not a full blown club right next to us untill 7am. When asked the property they advised they were not obliged to detail about the noise levels. Stayed 1 night out of 3 moved to a much better accommodation. They said that we weren't entitled to a refund as the noise wasn't their problem even though they advised it was a common complaint ."

"Allmiral took on board my feedback about the initial accommodation we were allocated, it didn't meet my health needs, and transferred us to one that we'd stayed in last year that had ticked all the boxes then and certainly done so this time. We appreciate that as well as their ability to put things right and look out for their customers. We had the back view which was quite nice as we would see people walking by regularly. It's almost like a home from home by. It's comfortable to relax in before we went out mainly in the late afternoon, and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen area was sufficient for our use and the shower was really cosy."
