Centralized geographical situation in relation to the major tourist sites of the Lot. The swimming pool is 3 km (2 miles) away, the lake is 12 km (6 miles) away and all shops and services are 8 km (5 miles) away.On the ground floor, living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m), shower room, wc. Upstairs, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90). Additional electric heating. Fenced, wooded and shaded grounds of 4500 m². Possibility key to the communal tennis court.
