Located in Montalzat, this 80 m² loft comfortably welcomes up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a large bed and TV, plus a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed. Enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The loft offers full air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private washing machine, TV, and step-free indoor access. Families will find a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books for children.
Outside, relax in your private 150 m² garden and a 25 m² bioclimatic pergola with outdoor furniture. The heated 12 x 5 m outdoor pool, covered by a pool shelter, is shared with the owners. A plancha grill is also available.
Parking includes a space under the pergola, reserved just for you. A shared dryer is provided for your convenience. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Pets are not permitted.
The property must be left clean. Cleaning products are supplied. If you prefer not to clean yourself, a cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
