「Overall the property was as advertised. Close to Smith Falls and Merrickville, it is situated on a small waterway that is peaceful and has seating on the dock. Price was fair for the accommodations. The icons on VRBO indicate that there are two showers but there is only one. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. We had a lovely stay.」

「Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing.
