For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (9 x 6 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 25 km, railway station "Villafranca d'Asti" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 26 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
