"Set in lush greenery with stunning views of the Sancy peaks and Le Capucin, at an altitude of 1,150 m and ideally located halfway between the center of Mont-Dore (spa town) and the ski slopes, this beautiful chalet of 110 m² (90 m² under Carrez law) can accommodate up to 8 guests. It faces southwest and is rated 2 stars by the THERMAUVERGNE organization.



A free shuttle stops just 40 m away, running every 15 minutes during the season, and provides access to the ski slopes and the center of Mont-Dore.



The chalet includes a large balcony with breathtaking mountain views, direct access to hiking trails, a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace and large picture windows opening onto the balcony, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two shower rooms with toilets, 4 bedrooms, a ski room, and a private garage (suitable for a small vehicle).
