The lady at the reception desk was very accommodating and helpful. Even though we were late to check in she stayed late for us especially. We were very impressed by this kind gesture.

3 days of hiking

The people running the hotel are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The hotel itself is older and the room was small but it was also inexpensive. They ask us not to flush the toilet or shower after 10pm, because the plumbing is old, but it is disclosured up front. The town is nice and the area beautiful. We hiked a lot.

The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! Breakfast was great too. Fabulous, thank you.

Personnel très agréable et disponible Très bon petit déjeuner et très bon rapport qualité prix (concernant le petit déjeuner) Literie correcte mais sans plus Chambre très petite (pour le prix) Problème principal : radiateur « bloqué » à 19,5 degrés (il me semble qu’il faisait moins chaud que cela, et inconfortable dans la salle de bain)!avec menace d’une « amende » de 50 euros si l’on y touche.

Un accueil comme on n’en fait plus !!

Petit hôtel super mignon. Chambre spacieuse et extrêmement propre comme tout le reste des locaux d’ailleurs. Literie au top, salle de bain également. Un accueil absolument parfait, chaleureux, disponible et souriant que demander de plus ??! Un petit dej à tomber !! Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation. Nous avons passé un week-end formidable en Auvergne ! Un grand merci !! Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Satisfaite de mon séjour

Séjour agréable et service au top ! En revanche, il serait bon de revoir la plomberie je pense (bruyante, manque de pression dans la douche si quelqu’un se douche en même temps) et déçue du petit déjeuner (jus d’orange en brique pas très bon, produits industriels, mini portions, à volonté certes, mais met mal à l’aise : oblige soit à se lever pleins de fois, soit à prendre tout ce qui est disponible d’un coup).

Très bonne adresse

Beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel. Accès rapide au centre ville, même à pieds, gérante très sympathique et serviable, décoration très chaleureuse avec du bois, espace bibliothèque, hôtel très calme, respect rigoureux des précautions sanitaires, choix très correct pour le petit-déjeuner. Seul point faible : le parking de l'hôtel limité en places, insuffisant en pleine saison.
