"Great location, parking not easy to access when is snow and ice so we had to park on the road for extra cost. Duvets and pillows needs washing as they are dirty with stains etc. Overall great place. No washing machine so we will not stay there again because we have kids and washing machine is a must ( I didn’t spot on the advert that there was no washing machine and it was too late to cancel so my fault) host was great and accommodating:) "

"We chose this spot as it was located centrally across from the famous Cheateau de Vizille and close to the local cafés. The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. The host disclosed ahead of time that they did not provide towels, but they gave us towels when we asked which was kind. "What a gem of a hotel. Lovely people, immaculate rooms and everything works just fine. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for family friendly, warm, homely and extremely good value then this is the place! A few mins from the slopes, 30 seconds from a supermarket, plenty of warm water at the end of the day, lovely views, good coffee and brekkie… nothing whatsoever to complain about!! Thank you for having us 😊"

"Great appartment very close to the bottom of Belle Etolie lift. Comfy beds and nicely appointed rooms with balcony and fine mountain views. Close also to convenient supermarket, over the road to superb bakery and overall a great find. Thanks also for the real Christmas tree - merci bien!Hosts are a bit picky and could ease our stay with a bit more attention. Equipment storage could be an easy win given the large garage - but not offered initially. Two sets of keys for three separate families is also challenging - could be easily sorted with key box. Also could have more care in courteous response to enquiries. But overall very pleased and would certainly recommend. "
