「We have just returned from a brilliant couple of weeks at La Roche. The house and setting is lovely and so peaceful. We loved sitting in the garden or by the pool and listening to the birds. The house itself sleeps 8 and upstairs is a/c which was a relief from the 34 degree heat. Pool was clean and large enough for all the kids to play. Nearby to Bergerac with lots of easily reached day trips. Would definitely return. 」

「Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. Peaceful area full of vineyards.」

「Kim and Graham were fantastic hosts they couldn’t have been kinder! The gite was a lovely rustic farmhouse, beautifully clean and well equipped wine in the fridge and cute bedrooms. There were even friendly pigs and a couple of cats to welcome us! Id definitely come back 」

「Pre de L'aubier is spacious, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. The pool and grounds are extremely well-maintained, perfect for family games. Fresh bread and croissants just 2 miles away, brilliant local restaurant walking distance and numerous local night markets to enjoy. Perfect. Our best family holiday ever!」

「If the property was owned by Ronseal it would use the phrase "Does it exactly what it says on the listing". Easy check in and communication great during our stay for a couple of minor things that came up. Location is brilliant as 15 mins from the brillliant towns of Eymet and Duras and a hypermarket in Pineuilth. Quet location even though a road is close .Pool area is brilliant . Garden and amenities great . All ages stayed from 18 months to 82 years old and we loved every minute even the 8...

「This place is idyllic! Have just got back from the most relaxing week in this fab place! The accommodation is great, with a real french farmhouse feel, super clean and everything you could need. But where this place is a real gem is the outside space, always able to find a cool space in the shade or the sun if you’re a sun worshipper! Plenty of space to eat alfresco and the pool was great! Fulfilled my dream of morning coffee over looking the vineyards! I’m sure I’ll visit again .. it’s so good...

「Had the most perfect week at La T! The house is beautiful and the most equipped place I think we have ever stayed. Our 2 teenage boys managed to keep themselves happily entertained for the whole week The pool is fab and the sun loungers, sofas and tables make for perfect afternoons and evenings in the sun. Julia was so helpful from the original booking all the way through to arriving at the house. Highly recommend!」

「La maison est vaste, l’aménagement intérieur est très « brocante », ce qui pourrait être charmant, mais il n’est malheureusement pas assez entretenu : armoires sans étagère ou sans porte, brûleurs de cuisinière bouchés, porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas, etc. La piscine est belle, mais son environnement est là aussi bien triste : terrasse en petits galets désagréables sous le pied, arbustes morts, bâches qui trainent, volets dont la peinture s’écaille… Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, mais...
