Situated on the second floor and stylishly furnished with carefully chosen vintage items and retro tiling the property enjoys a spacious living room with two comfortable sofa beds, a Smart flat-screen TV and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a dining table and chairs.

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed terraced garden which is accessible through French doors in both the kitchen and living room. Here visitors can relax on comfortable garden furniture, prepare food in the stone oven and enjoy alfresco meals on the shady terrace.

Location

Located amongst the olive groves and vineyards in the Itria Valley, between Monopoli (a 15-minute drive) and Castellana Grotte (a 12-minute drive), this property is perfectly situated for exploring the Southern part of Puglia. Visitors have the choice of heading to the charming coastal town of Monopoli or inland to Castellana Grotte.

In Monopoli, visitors can explore the old town with its whitewashed buildings and historic architecture, visit the town’s cathedral, take time out in the pretty harbour and visit some of the prettiest beaches in the area. The main attraction in Castellana Grotte, is the Grotte di Castellana, a complex of underground caves and caverns that are renowned for their stalactite, stalagmite formations and underground lakes. For children, the Adventure Park ‘Indiana Park Castellana Grotte’ (an 8-minute drive away) provides a wonderful day out.

Other popular attractions nearby include the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello renowned for its Trulli (a 30-minute drive away) and Martina Franca a picturesque town known for its baroque architecture, old town and annual classical music festival (Festival of the Valle d\'Itria), (a 45-minute drive away). On the way to Martina Franca guests can also stop at the local winery ‘I Pastini Srl’.

There are also several local restaurants including Braceria Aresta (a 4-minute drive away) where guests can enjoy typical Apulian dishes.

The closest airport to the accommodation is Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI) which is approximately a 50-minute drive away.
