Excellent hotel - great location, value and staff.

Hotel Riva Del Sole proved to be the perfect base for our week long holiday of Lake Garda. The owners and staff were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was very good, everywhere was spotlessly clean. The views from our balcony were excellent, the bed large and comfortable and the room air-conditioned. Like many other hotels the pool and restaurant were closed so early in the season but we did enjoy breakfasting on the sun terrace. There are plenty of options for eating out in the nearby port and centre areas and a really nice 5km shoreline walk to the south of the port. Like many of the more modern hotels in the area, Riva Del Sole can look less 'plush' in online photos than some of the older (and more expensive!) four star hotels in the area but we found it more than compensated with a warm, relaxed atmosphere, great service, convenience and location. Great hotel - unbeatable value and we'd certainly love to stay again!

Underbart hotell nära Monigas hamn

Underbart familjehotell med lite gammaldags inredning. Härlig pool, italiensk frukost med mycket kakor som det brukar vara till frukost i Italien. Fanns dock även bröd, smör och pålägg, juice, kaffe m.m. Närheten till sjön är perfekt bara ett par minuter, där man kan bada samt till olika restauranger. Båtar går till olika städer runt Gardasjön från hamnen. Balkong med härlig utsikt över Gardasjön. Passar alla unga som gamla och barnfamiljer.

Lovey area ,view from bedroom balcony was fabulous,there was good restaurants close by in the harbour and up in the village. Some of the fittings in the hotel are a bit tried but I would go back

Weekend vid Lago di Garda

Hotellet ligger fantastiskt fint med utsikt över Gardasjön! Ägarparet är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma och får dig att känna dig välkommen. Rummen är rena men har enkel standard, hotellet skulle behöva en liten renovering. Promenad ca 3 min till hamnen där det finns ett par restauranger och barer/caféer. Här kan du också ta båten till olika destinationer vid sjön, bl a Sirmione.

Very good location

This hotel has an excellent location, although it needs some modernization, specially the room we stayed. The bed was not comfortable, there was no iron neither kettle and the TV was something from last century, without many channel options to watch. But it is just a block from the lake, next to some good restaurants. There is a good swimming pool, and the breakfast was average.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen en toch ben je op twee stappen bij het meer en de jachthaven met verschillende eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Aangenaam zwembad en mooi uitzicht vanop het terras naar het gardameer. Zeer goede airco. WIFI via ingewikkelde inlogprocedure is matig en beperkt. Excursies met de veerboten vanuit de jachthaven leiden je tot overal op het gardameer.

Bra hotel som ligger gåavstånd till Monigas hamn där det finns restauranger och strand. Hotellet har en fin pool. Det går att hyra badhandukar för 2,50 € per hela vistelsen. Trevlig personal och frukosten var enkel men god. Rummet var bekväm men skulle behövas fräschas upp lite, men absolut rent! Vi hade en trevlig vistelse där!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in Moniga am Lago di Garda. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, leider fehlen Brötchen. Ansonsten ist alles dabei. Empfang und Service sind sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful lakeside views.

We had a couple of nights at Riva del Sole. The location is quiet with spectacular views of Lake Garda. The room was comfortable but a little dated décor. Giuseppe was wonderful - very friendly and helpful, we thought he was a lovely chap. Dinner in the hotel was a bargain at only 10 Euro each. Nice little pool and sunbeds for relaxing in the sun

Schönes Hotel nur 3 min vom Strand entfernt.

Dieses Hotel wird sehr familiär geführt und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und Hafen. Es ist total ruhig, keine große Straße in der Nähe. In den Ort läuft man gemütlich ca 10 min. Der Chef selber ist immer vor Ort und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche! Das Zimmer hat eine große Terasse, wo man den Sonnenaufgang genießen kann oder einen Drink am Abend einnehmen kann. Frühstück war auch gut. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, sah aber sehr schön aus. Größere Orte wie Salo oder Desenzano sind nicht weit entfernt, sollte man Lust auf mehr Trubel bekommen. Komme wieder :-)

Uitstekend hotel voor een kort verblijf.

Uitstekend hotel met prima zwembad op een uitstekende, rustige locatie. Gezien de hitte buiten was het balkon niet langdurig te gebruiken, maar daar kon het hotel ook niets aandoen. Prima service.
