A superb vacation in south-west France.

The “Villa au petit bonheur” is a quiet, fully-renovated hamlet house, 10 min from Nérac and Condom, and 35 min from Agen. Private heated pool, shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture, bbq, table tennis, darts, pétanque court... It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for up to 8/10 people. A perfect location for enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.

With a surface area of 250 m2, our villa has 4 independent bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with walk-in shower and central bath. Another bedroom is available on the garden level, with shower and washbasin. Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms with king-size beds, including a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There's a toilet on the upstairs landing and a toilet on the ground floor. Mosquito screens are installed on all bedroom windows.

The bright living room on the ground floor opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool, and features a lounge area with sofas, a large-screen smart TV with high-end satellite subscription (IP TV), board games (scrabble, mastermind, chess, dobble, UNO...), a pellet stove and a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area.

On the garden level, a laundry room with washing machine and 8kg tumble dryer is also available.

Outside, the tiled terrace features a shaded pergola with an additional fridge. Garden furniture, a sheltered dining area and, for the more playful among you, we've installed a ping-pong table and a quality electronic dart board. Grilling is possible on site thanks to the gas barbecue. The swimming pool (10m x 5m. Depth from 1m to 1.5m) is open from mid-April to October, weather permitting (please contact us), and is heated at no extra cost, except during very hot spells when we turn it off, as the water is warm enough, at 28/29°, not to need heating (except in exceptional weather).

The small private grassy garden is at your disposal, it is not fenced, but the house is located in a country hamlet, very little frequented. A pétanque court is available on site.

Private parking is available in front of the house. There's also a free, high-quality wifi connection.

Between the Aveyron and Tarn gorges and the Grésigne forest, lies the region of south-west France well known as the “Golden Triangle”.
Moncrabeau is the capital of liars.
Every first Sunday in August, a festival crowns the king... of liars! Lying is measured out in Homeric battles, with everyone putting in their two cents... The municipality has set up a liar's circuit to visit the village, whose street names have been chosen with humor.
The village is 12km from Nérac and 8km from Condom.

There's something for everyone. The region is just as suited to nature lovers, hikers and river enthusiasts as it is to lovers of heritage, old stones, historic towns and medieval villages.

The spectacular scenery also offers a multitude of sporting activities:

Villa Au Petit Bonheur is open all year round for stays of 2 nights or more. Long-term stays are accepted between October and April. (please consult us for conditions)

Bed linen and towels are included. Beds are made up on arrival. Final cleaning is also included, but the house must be returned in good general order, including the kitchen tidied up, bed linen removed and all your rubbish taken awa
