Monclova Las Missiones delightful

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and Pool Area clean and refreshing.

Great service, very clean, rooms, outside, lobby, etc. Great place for breakfast, portions and price are great. Again, the personnel is well trained. We had a few hours without water due to a tech issue but the staff was great at keeping us informed and send us some snacks and drinks to help compensate… well done!

The staff was friendly and mostly clean. Breakfast was good. Too much noise because of the street, you can also hear people when they talk outside of the room. The bathroom smelled like the drain. Beds where very uncomfortable.

A todos los futuros viajeros les comento que este hotel no puedes dejar voucher abierto de alguna tarjeta a menos que quieras que le saquen copia por ambos lados a tu tarjeta de crédito. Lo que les interesa es que pagues por adelantado todas las noches. El tema es que si no te gusta la habitación o hay algún incidente no puedes cancelar. Así que opte por pagar noche por noche. Por cuestión de atención, limpieza y restaurante lo recomiendo ampliamente además de que esta céntrico.

Recomiendo el hotel

Nos gusto mucho el hotel las instalaciones y atención fueron muy buenas. La alberca está genial. Solo tuvimos detalles con el Wifi que había muy poca señal en nuestra habitación y El desayuno incluido creo que pueden mejorar el sabor. Pero en general es un hotel al que regresaría en mi próxima visita.
