「Perfect location, clean, spacious, with helpful and friendly concierge.」

「Very nice property and nice unit. The only issue was getting in and check out at the property and no instructions inside the unit or help/guide. Checkout process etc. We had like 6:30am checkout and we didn’t know where to drop the keys. There was no Dropbox. The main gates were gated and since we left the keys in the condo, there was no way to get out of the property. We had called a taxi and had to climb out of the property to reach airport on time. 「It was tidy place, but cockroaches. I guess theres not much you can do considering the country we were in. When we walked in to the unit, the entire unit smelt like cleaning product which lasted over a day and it bothered me a bit. Having working stove, microwave and sink was handy! Power goes out if you use stove and microwave at the same time though. It was hard rocommunicate with the host unless you walk in to the check in office. I tried to reply their email, it bounced back as it is...
