OK House, Bad Location
We wouldn't stay here again because we ended up not feeling safe here. The neighbors across the street have a herd of dogs that they don't bother keeping in their yard. On multiple occasions the dogs were in the yard at this house we rented, growling and barking at us, they knocked over our trash can and spread our trash across the entire yard. We had also picked this house to allow our small children to have a yard to play outside, but ended up not being able to do that with the dog problem.
When we arrived, one of the toilets was broken and wouldn't flush. Property maintenance came out same evening to repair it. He didn't have the parts to repair it but was able to get it working for the weekend if you jiggled the handle just right.... Overall, house was clean and owner response for issues was quick and good. We just wouldn't stay here again because these aren't issues we want to worry about when renting a home. Safety of our family is top priority and this home didn't give us that peace of mind due to the location.
