The area where the apartment is located is rather residential and quiet.
Note that it is difficult to park
It is 6 minutes walk from the beaches of Roquebrune and also 4 minutes walk from the center of Carnolès which is a shopping area.
You will find supermarkets, bakeries, hairdressers, dry cleaners, petrol stations, the post office...
The train station is also nearby and allows you easy access to the cities of Monaco and Menton.
On the seaside and around you will also find a good number of restaurants
Roquebrune Carnolès train station is 200m from the apartment and serves all the cities of the Côte d'Azur, as well as Italy
There are also at the level of the center of Carnolès, that is to say 4 minutes away and on the seaside, buses which allow you to connect Menton or Monaco.
Access by car is possible but it is difficult to park.

various buses are also accessible towards Menton or Monaco, including bus 608 which comes from Monaco and goes to Menton and vice versa.
Nice airport is 46 minutes away by vehicle
You can park your vehicle on the public road for around 20€/day or in the open car parks of Roquebrune (Berlioz car park or Bellevue car park) for the same amount.
There is a charge for parking from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.
