Really clean, tidy and spacious room. however lacking character. Main issue was Hotel was empty, lounge, restaurant and pool were all closed hence avoid visiting during winter!!

Um den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes zu genießen, buchte ich dieses "modern" wirkelnde Hotel und leider wurden wir eines besseren belehrt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, karg, trist und man fühlt sich fast etwas verloren. Der im dunklen Keller befindende Spa Bereich ist ein Witz. Obwohl ich eine Juniorsuite gebucht hatte und auch telefonisch den für mich wichtigen Anlass mitteilte, bekamen wir das gefühlt kleinste und dunkelste Zimmer an der Strasse, ohne eine Sitzecke, mit einem Bett und zwei Stühlen. Das war leider alles andere als ein Geburtstagspräsent. Hat ja auch im Hotel keinen Mitarbeiter interessiert. Klar, wir sind ja als Tourist sowieso nach einem Tag weg. Unter einem 5* Service und einem 5* Hotel stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor.

Un 4 étoiles mais pas un palace
Belle hôtel. Le nom de palace et les 5* ne sont pas justifiées en comparaison aux paradoxes qui sont de vrais palaces. Mais très bien et très calme.

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana de relax y descansar cuando cual fue la sorpresa de que montaron un festival de música en la piscina que entraba gente externa del hotel por lo cual no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina ni de sus instalaciones cómodamente debido a que la piscina estaba llena de dicha gente ruidosa y bebiendo en el lugar. Un responsable del Hotel llamado Gregorio nos atendió nefastamente y de malas maneras

Expensive parking
30 euros for and u ugly parking, the hotel is super far away from Granada, should be call different, the rooms are super big, the buffet is so so but the service is the worst, they charge us twice for the buffet and the receptionist star makings excuses for not returning them to us at the end she did it. Not a four star hotel

Good find
Only stayed one night but this place had fabulous sized rooms and a great bathroom with jetted tub. We checked in Christmas Eve and their restaurant and pool area was not open but I guess that's to be expected. 10 minutes drive from Nevada shopping mall and 15 minutes from the city centre

Falta mantenimiento
Para ser un 4*, en algunas cosas deja mucho que desear. La habitación es muy amplia y la cama confortable. La nevera no enfría y algunos muebles están desconchados. El desayuno, espectacular, tanto el buffet como el personal, amable y atento. El SPA un desastre, la mayoría de cosas no funcionaban y el agua fría. A destacar el buen hacer de Marta, una de las chicas del SPA, que me dejó nueva con su masaje.

Lovely hotel but not quite as good as it could be.
Hotel is very nice, looks very plush but just not quite as good as it could be unfortunately. Nice large rooms, we had a junior suite with 2 double beds, and the pool was lovely. However, the air conditioning was not powerful enough and took hours to cool the room. We couldn’t leave it on when we went out as they only give you one key and it’s one of those hotels where the key works all the electrics. Also the WiFi was certainly not good enough for such a grand hotel. Most times it was so low it was unusable and had to use my own mobile so couldn’t watch anything like Netflix. Neither things are major but definitely took the edge off the stay.
