「Arrived later than expected but restaurant staff was very helpful since the rooms were above the restaurant Perfect location」

「Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise」

「This apartment is everything you could ask for if you're looking for a tranquil stay in Como. We loved the building itself. The location couldn't be better. It's just steps away from the Duomo, surrounded by great options for breakfast cafes, cozy spots for an aperitivo, and fantastic restaurants for dinner. You're also only a 5 minute walk from the lake and the ferry station, which made getting around so easy, plus there are plenty of bus stops nearby. The apartment itself was great. The bed...

「The staff went beyond and above to help make our stay and car service successful. Very approachable and welcoming.」

「I informed them that I was arriving late to Check In and when I arrive the hotel there was absolutely nobody on site no Staff I called him several times. I paid for a taxi to get the cost of €200 and I cannot find on Facebook or Hotel to stay the night so I had to return to the hotel and sleep there. Very, very bad. I demand a refund and a apology.」

「The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.」

「The check in as the Hotel du Lac, and a very short walk to La Dependance. Overlooks the main square. At least four different restaurants. Hotel Dunlap staff were friendly and helpful at the restaurant. Short walk from Ferry. Easy walking around village.」
