The apartment is located on the ground floor on the edge of the golf course and 700 m from the beach.
The terrace overlooks the hole n° 1 of the golf
One little dog under 10 Kgs is accepted
Free access to 2 swimming pools (one heated), laundromat, restaurant, supermarket...
Free car park
Sheets and towels are not provided. Bed linen can be supplied for an amount of 20€/bed.

The apartment is suitable for 4 persons and consists of :
- Kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, small oven, Nespresso) and a dining area)
- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 (Emma - 2 mattresses X 80), tv
- A double bedroom (140 cm) and closet
- A bathroom with a tub, separated toilet
- A corridor with 1 closet and 1 wardrobe

Ability to make an autonomous entrance according to the arrival time via a system of instructions and secure key box.

The household has to be made by yourself. We expect to find the apartment the same way you received it when you leave. Otherwise you will be charged €60 fee.
