The accommodation was very basic and a little tired but ok for what we needed for this trip. The setting is nice with the accommodation around a lake.

Easter holiday however it is not high season therefore still some facilities were not available however everything so peaceful and nice place to be with family.

It was a lovely place. However there are a lot of little fees that are not stated up front. Not flexible.

Location is good. The mobile was ok, not the cleanest, and no towels were provide. There was no oven, so for a self catering holiday, this was not ideal. All entertainment in dutch, nothing at all for English spesking families. Swimming pool was smal but entertained the children.

Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was hot on a sunny day and we had to open all the windows. We did not have time to use the pool or the restaurant in the park since they were closed when we got back to the park. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Europarcs.

We love to visit EuroParc but we arrived just before local Easter break starts… facilities, eg Sauna at indoor swimming pool etc were not able to use. So that was a big minus points this time.

Could do better and be more sensible

Overall is good. I’ve made a report about the hugh number of ants were found in the kitchen, and also, placed a request for extra bin bag & toilet rolls. The office acted promptly to put some ant killer powder around the house next morning. However, I’m disappointed to the response that they said only giving the TYPICAL welcome package per accomodation (2 bags for the bin at kitchen & washroom each and 1 toilet rolls).. While a family of 5 like us, staying 7 nights and was given exactly the same pack as the couple stay for 1 night next door. And they SUGGESTED to buy extra at the onsite overpriced mini-mart if we needed.

Mooi park zwembad: douches koud lauw/koud glijbaan renovatie? Rest ok Bungalow diverse ondershoudspunten: vriesvak= ijsgrot, plinten met tape vastgezet, hangsluitwerk liet te wensen over. Alle punten doorgegeven aan park: hopelijk doen ze er wat mee

Prima, maar wel verbeterpunten

Aankomst was prima. We waren er 45 minuten van te voren en moesten echt wachten tot 16 uur. Wel netjes geholpen. Ons huisje ( bungalow) stond aan het water. Het was er ontzettend warm. Het was slecht geïsoleerd, geen airco en geen horren. We waren er met 25 graden en dan is het echt niet te doen. Alles blijft warm. Op het eerste gezicht ziet alles er netjes uit. Ga je wat beter kijken dan vallen er een hoop zaken op. Scheur in de wc bril, heel smerige vloerbedekking, loshangende wc-rol houder, kapot wasrek, iets doorgezakte bank en niet overal raambekleding. Vooral dat laatste was vervelend omdat het de slaapkamer betrof op een hoogte waar je ook onmogelijk bij kon om iets voor te hangen. Verder hadden de kledingkasten geen planken waardoor het inruimen een uitdaging was Dan de positieve kanten: aan het water. Klein maar warm zwembad met een leuke glijbaan. Leuk strand met glijbaan ( dicht ivm schilderbeurt). Er was ook een bootje dat vrij te gebruiken was. Ook een strandgedeelte met volleybalnet en twee kabelbanen. Verder: De binnenspeeltuin is erg klein omdat het lekker was hebben we er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar kan me voorstellen dat je hier zo uitgekeken bent - 4 elektrische oplaadpunten voor auto’s - lekkere bistro op loopafstand (Den Teut) - 1 grote speeltuin aan het begin van het park. Er zijn ook huisjes beschikbaar met airco. Dat is echt een must bij warm weer. Mooie omgeving. Leuke plaatsen in de buurt.

Im Sommer sicher eine super Anlage mit sehr umfangreichen Angebot, dann braucht es auch keine Heizung und die Rezeption wird auch etwas mehr als paar Minuten gerade für die Check-in/Ceck-out geöffnet sein.

Leaking toilet

When we got to our mobile home we were concerned by the floor in the toilet which was sunken. It felt like if you jumped you would fall right through. We were there for a competition so were away that weekend with training and when we got back the reception would be closed. So when I got the chance I went to see someone about the toilet floor. By Monday we had also realised that every time we flushed the toilet water trickled out from the back. I mentioned this to someone and no one came. I went back to ask about the toilet and they were surprised to hear that no one came. I went back to the room which by this point the toilet was completely saturated. When flushed it would release all the water out the back of the toilet. The man looked at it then came back and went under the caravan. He put some floor boards down and that was that. He told me he had fixed the floor and toilet then he left. I checked the toilet as soon as he left and it was still trickling. I went back to reception and was greeted by a lady that was very rude. She said the man had told me it was a temporary solution. I informed her that he hadn't i requested to speak to the manager. It smelt disgusting staying an entire week. I told her that no one would choose to live like that and she said "you did. That's the type of accommodation you picked". I was completely floored. I told her that I think it is unhygienic but she said that that is my opinion. It says free wifi but it doesn't work!

Nous ne pouvions pas récupérer les clés entre 15h et 17h, organisation compliquée pour au final nous les donner à notre arrivée à 13h, pareil pour le paiement. Personnel pas très agréable à l'accueil, s'est énervée parce qu'elle n'avait pas rempli la bonne réservation à mon nom. Propreté moyen. Bons points : l'environnement agréable et la piscine. Les informations et documents ne sont pas/très peu traduits du néerlandais. Il aurait fallu ne serait-ce que de l'anglais.
