Perfect location for shops, beach and restaurants. Lovely views from the two terraces. Everything needed for a self catering holiday was provided (which is not always the case) Itsiar the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience.

Pequeño y acogedor piso

Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. si vas con carro, hay bastantes escaleras para acceder al piso, no se especificaba en el anuncio. Grande terraza y solarium. Piscina enorme. La única pega, había gatos en la urbanización que dejaban regalitos en el césped... En general, buen piso y buena localización.

Bien, pero …

Al llegar nos encontramos que no estaba preparado todavía, aunque eran las 17:00. Estaban poniendo lavadoras y tuvimos que tender la ropa y esperar a que se secara para poder hacer la cama. El solarium estaba muy sucio, con mucha arena y poco apropiado para utilizar. El apartamento está muy bien, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y es muy cómodo, así como las camas, que son una maravilla. Es una ventaja que haya una plaza de aparcamiento subterránea para evitar tener el coche al sol todo el día. La piscina y la urbanización están muy bien y se agradece tanto verde. Las playas están a 5 o 10 minutos, dependiendo a cuál se quiera ir. El camino se hace un poco pesado a medio día que hace mucho calor. Ha sido una semana bastante buena, quitando esos pequeños errores.

la casa muy bien, con todo lo q es necesario para poder estar, cocinar, dormir... la urbanización está en una zona muy tranquila. Fuimos a hacer turismo y era justo lo q necesitábamos, tranquilidad cuando quieres tranquilidad, y zonas de marcha no demasiado cerca para ir en su busca cuando apetecía juerga. Si volvemos a Mojacar repetiremos en esta casa seguro.

Precioso apartamento

Precioso apartamento en Mojacar Playa. Cercano a todo. A unos 200 m de la playa. También está pegado a dos centros comerciales. El apartamento es amplio, y muy limpio. Tiene una terraza amplia con vistas a una maravillosa piscina. La placa ducha es enorme y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, tanto en el salón como en el dormitorio. Sin duda volveremos el año que viene. Su dueña, Itziar, encantadora y muy seria. Merece la pena totalmente calidad precio.
