Frontline Beach, Ground Floor 2 Bed + 2 Bath apt, Oasis Del Mar I

This ground floor apartment is frontline to the beach and is centrally located to all the amenities of Mojacar Playa. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard with ensuite to the master bedroom. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other a twin room. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite shower-room, the twin also benefits from a luxurious shower-room which is adjacent to this room. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. There is a large lounge/dining area, with English/Spanish TV, internet. There is a/c in all rooms, which in winter acts as inverter to provide heat.

There is an outside terrace area with table and chairs, sun loungers which then leads out on to the pool area. For winter use there are blinds, which then turns half the terrace area into a room for extra warmth on those windier days. Please note that there are no sun awnings, but half of the terrace is in the shade for those people that do not like sitting in the sun.

The apartment is centrally located to all the popular bars and restaurants, just a minutes walk from the front door, but still remains a very peaceful situation.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE POOL SIZE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF OVERSIZE POOLS. The large pool is exactly the same, the small pool has been made smaller.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y completo, no le falta de nada. Hay sillas, sombrilla, toallas y demás útiles para la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el salón. Hay aparcamiento en la misma puerta del alojamiento. El paseo marítimo y la playa están bajando la calle. Al mismo tiempo es muy tranquilo, no se oyen ruido ni música. La zona de la piscina está fenomenal también, nada más salir de la terraza. Además, Julie, la propietaria, es encantadora y atenta. Great position to beach and restaurants
Comfortable apartment. Second bedroom too small for 2 adults and very little hanging and cupboard space. TV great but we were not explained about how to use. Key safe a pain and it would be helpful if the manager was there at the commencement to explain things. We had to hunt for the equipment details.

Pool only open 8 hours during 14 day stay. Only 2 days notice of problem when told owner did not want apartment without pool she told me she had just heard it would ve open next day. Ithadveen planned for over 18 months.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, modern and minimal which we love. Julie was a very helpful host, we have stayed in the same complex many times for the location and hope to do so again soon. Only downside was the swimming pool renovation going on at the same time, we are beach goers but we had found an apartment next to us for my brother and teenage kids, they were very disappointed to find the pool out of action. They could have found alternative if they had been informed but these things happen in Spain i suppose. Hopefully all good for next time we want to visit, as we would not want to look beyond. We love it there

Knew this was going to be nice before we stayed as viewed in advance on previous stay in mojacar. But was even better Than we remembered. Julie is a great host and always available to answer any questions. Every detail has been thought out and it is a perfect sunny spot for the all day sun. The exact location for what we needed for a month. Very very sad to come home today.

Hemos estado muy bien. El apartamento está en muy buena zona, cerca de la playa y paseo marítimo. El apartamento como se muestra en el anuncio, está genial y tiene de todo, totalmente equipado. El salón incluso es más grande de lo que aparenta en las fotos. Sales de la terraza y ya estás en la piscina. Por mejorar algo, aunque no depende del propietario, es el horario de la piscina, que cerraba a las 19.00. otros años por lo visto cerraba algo más tarde. Es una urbanización muy tranquila. Y solo una pequeña cosa a mejorar es que en los sofás tiene unas mantas a modo de funda, las cambiaría por otras más ligeras, ya que son unas mantas de invierno, que con el calor que hace en verano no acompañan mucho. Por lo demás, todo genial. Sin duda, es un sitio al que volvería.

Was so impressed with the cleanliness and all the extras included such as laundry products cleaning materials cling foil kitchen roll tin foil etc etc. But was bitterly disappointed that the pool is infact only open seasonal nowhere was yhis explained i would not even have looked at the place if i had known the garden and pool was out of bounds during May.

What a lovely apartment in an ideal location for the bars and restaurants and beach.
Fabulous and the only let down was the quality of the outside furniture. With such a large and beautiful terrace, proper sunbeds would have made an enormous difference and I would have gladly paid more.

Apartments very central , well equipped. and comfortable
Very pleasant stay with all amenities required. Good TV except did tend to freeze most nights intermittently. Swimming pool very good.Local shop and restaurants. Car needed for supermarkets. We would love to return but won’t be able to due to our mobility the access to our car was not direct and we needed to walk to two pathways, as unfortunately we couldn’t cross the low wall though not a problem for people with no mobility problems. Though overall a very pleasant stay
