Upon arrival, the team were so considerate to any and all of our needs. They were so warm and welcoming. The room itself was just so awesome, in terms of size, decor and amenties in the room. Wendy our floor butler was eonderful throughout or stay and made our whole stay worth it. All round a 5 star experience. One small nit pick - "
