Nice hotel with no AC

Nice Hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast. Away from the center but perfect if you wanna go to the stadium. Only real downside. No one there if you arrive late and no air conditioning. It was really hot the days i soent there and the temperature in the room was unbearable

Nice facility. Really close to the Borussia Monchengladbach stadium although not real close to town. Only issue I had was wifi didn't work for most of the stay there.

Die Lage war für den Sparkassenpark perfekt, das Zimmer sehr groß und wirkten sauber. In der der Dusche fiel leider der Duschkopf von der Wand, da hatte ich doch Zweifel an der Reinigung, denn da hätte man das gemerkt, da beim Einschalten deutlich unkontrolliert Wasser gespritzt hat. Allerdings waren alle Getränke in der Mini Bar war, der Kühlschrank schien nicht zu kühlen und roch unangenehm. Entgegen der vorherigen Angaben, war keiner zum Check In vor Ort, was wir dann telefonisch mit einem Schlüsseltresor klären konnten. Morgens für den Check Out musste ich auch Personal beim Frühstücksraum suchen.

es ist ein kleines Juwel am Rande der Stadien ( Fußball und Hocky am Ende eines kleine Parks . Leider infölge der Service -Kräftemangel keine Abendgastronomie . Aber es gab 1 Gutschein für Getränke nach Wahl im Restaurant La Paretta gleicher Besitzer Sehr empfehlenswert l

Passte alles!

Tolles Hotel, von dem man fußläufig den Sparkassenpark erreichen kann. Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Bad, Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in Mönchengladbach

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Der Check-in und Check-out hat schnell und reibungslos geklappt. Das Deluxe-Zimmer bietet viel Platz und die hohen Decken schaffen ein tolles Raumgefühl. Einzig das Badezimmer ist etwas eng, aber bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt war das nicht weiter schlimm. Für Besucher von Veranstaltungen im Borussia- oder Sparkassenpark ist die Lage unschlagbar.

Check in war umständlich da Rezeption nicht besetzt. Unter Rufnummern niemanden errreicht. Ein anderer gast hat mir dann den schlüsseltresor geöffnet. Dort waren alle anderen Schlüssel der anderen anreisenden gäste hinterlegt. Datenschutz?!

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ‼️ Matrassen waren wat doorgezakt in het midden, ookal lag er een matras koppelstuk ertussen. Matrassen naar elkaar geduwd en toe sliep het goed. Hoofdkussens zijn slap en dun, dus dubbelvouwen was een optie. 😜 Het ontbijt en het diner waren voortreffelijk en verdienen een Michelinster ‼️‼️‼️

Sehr empfehlenswert

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit individuell eingerichteten Zimmern. Wir waren von der Unterkunft ebenso begeistert wie von dem wirklich ausgesprochen freundlichen Service. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Klein und fein!

Wir haben uns relativ spontan für die Übernachtung entschieden (Konzertbesuch Strandkorb-Open Air im nahegelegenen Sparkassen Park) und dieses nette, kleine Hotel gefunden. Mit nur 12 Zimmern ist das Hotel zwar klein, aber das ist auch ein Vorteil, denn der Service und die persönliche Gästebetreuung ist dadurch top! Der Besuch war in sämtlichen Punkten absolut zufriedenstellend! Das Personal super-nett, unser Zimmer zwar nicht besonders groß, aber sauber und die Betten super-bequem, das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen! Wir können das Palace St. George uneingeschränkt und mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! VOLLE PUNKTZAHL!

Klein und schnuckelig, aber ausbaufähig...

Zimmer klein und schnuckelig, allerdings nur ein Stuhl bei 2 Personen, kein Tisch, einer muss immer auf dem Bett sitzen. Kleine Kaffeemaschine, aber leider nur ein Gedeck. Sehr viele Kissen, aber anscheinend alle nur mit Luft gefüllt, nicht sehr nackenfreundlich. Badezimmer sehr schön, aber es fehlten mir persönlich ein paar Ablageflächen. Für eine Nacht okay, aber für längere Aufenthalte nicht geeignet.

Ein Hotel zum vergessen. Katastrofe!

Trotz einer geschlossenen Hochzeitsfeier wurden Zimmer vermietet. Das Restaurant war nur für die Hochzeit und bis 03Uhr am Morgen wurde das gesamte Hotel mit Discomusik überflutet. Am Morgen wurde mitgeteilt das auch das WLAN nicht funktionirt(was ich auch selber gemerkt habe). Shampoo und Seife hatte es auch nicht auf dem Zimmer und konnte auch nicht an der Recetion angefragt werden, da diese gar nicht besetzt war. Ab 08Uhr sollte es möglich sein Frühstück zu bekommen, das Mädchen von Reception ist dann um 0810Uhr eingetroffen, bis dahin war ger kein Angestellter im Haus.
