The room service was absolutely fantastic! Everything was quickly, quietly and impeccably attended to. And our host was always one step ahead of us regarding what we wanted to do or might need. He was always available and a pleasure to deal with. A beautiful little garden as well and great breakfasts. We stayed 4 nights.

Casa Talia is very much a gem of Modica. The design and aesthetic of each individual room or suite is exceptional and an utter joy to be in. Casa Talia is a series of traditional buildings that have been converted to rooms, rather than one hotel building and its charm is off the scale! The swimming pool is at the top of a climb worth making. Exceptional views and again the aesthetic is perfect. The location is a convenient walk down to central Modica and up the other side to the duomo. Modica itself is a city of steps, so consider if your mobility will be at an appropriate level for visiting here. We couldn’t fault Casa and would say it is world class. The staff, especially Vitorio, couldn’t do enough to make our arrival and stay comfortable. We visited during an exceptionally hot period and he insisted on carrying our luggage to our room for us. The breakfasts served in the garden shaded by Olive, fig and walnut trees were so so delicious and beautifully presented, with an exceptional view of the baroque town. We are thrilled to have stayed here and thank everyone for all their hard work in making our stay so wonderful.

If I could give more than five stars I would. I have absolutely no complaints. Marco and his staff were so nice and helpful from the get go. I was welcomed and shown around the place to get a feel for the amenities. My room was beautiful. Very clean. Water was provided and refilled daily free of charge. Breakfast was served overlooking Modica. I just have no words to explain my gratitude for everything during my stay. I will definitely be back. If you’re not sure : BOOK IT! The only thing I would suggest (this has nothing to do with the place) is having a car (public transportation is pretty terrible across Sicily) but I was given suggestions for a car service that was truly amazing.

Zauberhafte Unterkunft in einer zauberhaften Stadt

Aussergewohnliches Hotel mit einzelnen Zimmern über mehrere Gebäude verteilt perfekt verschmolzen mit dem Stadtbild und aussergewöhnlicher Aussicht aus Zimmer, Frühstücksbereich, Garten und Pool/Loung Bereich. Die liebe zum Details ist hier in jedem Winkel absolut spürbar.
