Good base for 4 night visit.

Was visiting Sicily for February Half-term. Was easy to find and has private parking right outside. As it was February it wasn't really the weather to use the roof terrace much but it must be great in the summer. Aircon/heating worked well. Nicely appointed - bed particularly comfy - would happily stay again. Good pizza restaurants 2 mins walk and bakeries for breakfast within 5 mins.

Check in was smooth as Pippo and Lucia were there when we arrived. Property is beautiful, very clean, a lovey terrace with beautiful views across Modica. However, Modica is a city of steps and Casa Alecci is in Modica Alta which is atcthe veryvtop so make sure you have transport sorted before you arrive. In addition, the property has no internet access so make sure you have a data package. We loved our stay at Modica in Casa Alecci but it may not suit everyone.

Amazing views!

Very clean, newly renovated guesthouse. Good water pressure in the shower, on the 3rd floor. Great views of the hills and valleys from the rooftop terrace, attached to a small kitchen. No stove, but microwave and kettle, some dishes and tea/coffee. Mini fridge in room.

Ottima soluzionedi confort e relax a Modica alta

Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. La struttura è molto ben tenuta ed ha tutti i confort nascosta in un luogo magico di Modica Alta facilmente raggiungibile e vicina a tutti i servizi. La colazione al bar è molto piacevole perchè offre molte possibilità. Consigliatissimo!

施設の方々が本当に親切にしてくれました。夜の遅い時間にモディカの鉄道駅までお迎えに来てくれたり、施設の中を丁寧にご案内してくれたり、フレンドリーにしてくれたので、とっても心も体も休まるステイになりました。 電子レンジやポット、エスプレッソメーカーまで使わせてくれるので、複数日の滞在にはぴったりです。 またモディカに行ったら泊まりたいお宿です。
