We spent a wonderful stay in Kaethe's house. The house is very quiet and clean. You can find everything you need and the garden is very nice. Kaethe is a very kind person. We highly recommend this place.

Outside space is superb with great pool area, bbq and dining area under cover as is car parking. Electric gate entrance. The apartment itself was spacious and tidy with all you need for a short or long stay. Although our hosts english was minimal and our Italian and German even less we managed to get bye, Kaethe our hostess was warm and welcoming and supplied us with water tea bags and other essentials plus a beautiful homemade cake and preserve. Would definitely return to this accommodation if we return to Sicily

Beautiful and private house

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful house, Kaethe the owner and her son are such lovely and helpful, make you feel comfortable straight away. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need.We had our little Yorkshire and didn't stop running in the garden, outside area is massive and very safe as the gate is all close so my dog couldn't run away. We were able to do the check- in early morning.The pool is massive and very clean and also enjoyed one evening a BBQ.Thank you to Kaethe and her son for a wonderful stay much appreciated.Surely will go back again.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir möchten uns auch für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin besonders bedanken. Durch Flugverzögerungen sind wir erst um 2 Uhr Nachts angekommen und Frau Wuttig-Salemi hat auf uns gewartet. Sie hat sogar für uns eingekauft, uns viele Tipps gegeben und mit Kuchen, Früchten und Marmelade empfangen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, aber es wunderschön da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe. Wir waren mit der Familie viel im Pool und wollten einfach vom Alltagsstress abschalten. Für uns der perfekte Ort und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Ruhig und schön

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Garten mit sehr vielen Sitzgelegenheiten (je nach Sonnenstand ;-) ). Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet und für den PKW steht ein schattenspendendes Carport zu Verfügung.3 Restaurants sind in Fußnähe, wovon 2 sehr günstig sind (eins davon auch gut; allerdings nicht das mit dem kürzesten Weg...) . Und ein anderes in gehobener Preisklasse, welches ebenfalls empfehlenswert ist.

Fantastiskt boende

Ett mycket bra boende med bra läge för att upptäcka sydvästra Sicilien. Bostaden är väl utrustad med två badrum och underbar pool. Vacker trädgård med flera platser att sitta för måltid och avkoppling. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värdinna. Allt fungerade perfekt.

Sejour inoubliable amodica

Nous avons eu du mal a quitter ce superbe endroit. La maison est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut.2 sais de bain c'est très appréciable. Elle est très propre et la cousine très bien équipée. Et le jardin et la terrasse sont extra. De nombreuses tables a livré et au soleil un barbecue.... Et La piscine on ne s'en lasse pas: les transats la douche extérieure l'ombre bre des oliviers... Quel plaisir de rentrer de nous journée et balade ou de plage et de finir par un plongeon. La propriétaire vit au dessus de nous mais est très discrète et nous laisse le jardin et la piscine

Es war wunderbar

Die Wohnung ist wie online beschrieben, sauber und bequem. Frau Salemi hat uns mit Ihrem selbstgebackenen Kuchen und hausgemachten Marmelade freundlich empfangen. Der Garten mit vollen Zitrusfrüchten war für unsere Tochter der Traum. Wir waren insgesamt nur 4 Tage dort, aber trotzdem haben wir uns sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Frau Salemi.

Erholung pur!

Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil einer großen Villa. Großzügig geschnitten, privat und pieksauber. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich mehrere Sitzplätze und vor allem ein traumhaft gepflegter, großer Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Lage ist zentral am Rand von Modica und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung der umliegenden Städte wie Ragusa, Scicli etc. Zum Meer brauchten wir mit dem Auto 20 min. Die Gastgeberin war ausnehmend freundlich, hilfsbereit und empfing uns mit Selbstgebackenem. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Wundervolle Unterkunft und liebenswerte Gastgeberin

Wir haben uns bei Kaethe von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten, sogar einen privaten Pool und Kaethe war eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin, die immer für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit war. Wir haben sie und auch ihre Katzen ins Herz geschlossen :-) Wir würden Kaethe jederzeit wieder besuchen und können diese tolle Unterkunft in Modica wärmstens empfehlen. Alles was man braucht ist schnell zu erreichen: Apotheke, Tankstelle, Bäckerei, Lebensmittel, Restaurants etc. An die Fahrweise der Sizilianer muss man sich gewöhnen und auch mal mutig sein. Es gab im Umkreis einiges zu entdecken. Unser Urlaub ist zu Ende. Wir wünschen den anderen Gäste eine schöne Zeit bei Kaethe!

Superbe semaine à Modica

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Modica. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et la piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. L’accueil de Kaethe a été impeccable et les conseils donnés pour les visites de grande valeur. Les environs sont très beaux, tant pour les visites culturelles que pour les plages. Traumhafter und entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir waren für 9 Übernachtungen in der Casa Linde zu Besuch und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Der liebevoll angelegte, mediterrane Garten und sehr schöne Pool (zur alleinigen Nutzung) sind top gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzplätze zum Verweilen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, Marmelade und Fürchten aus ihrem Garten verwöhnt. Sie hält sich sehr diskret im Hintergrund, steht für Fragen gerne jederzeit zur Seite. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants. Die Lage eignet sich bestens um die wunderschöne Gegend und barocken Städte zu erkunden. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
