Inside the apartment, you'll find a booklet with all the house rules and useful information. 1. No smoking inside you can use the outdoor garden; ashtrays are provided in the arches. 2. No parties or loud music after 11:00 PM; please respect your neighbors. 3. Recycling: Paper Plastic/Metal Organic Glass. Bins are located in the kitchen and under the sink, all with instructions for proper recycling; we'll take care of disposal: thank you for your cooperation. 4. Turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave, and don't leave the air conditioning on with doors or windows open. 5. Report any damage immediately: we'll fix it quickly. 6. Your four legged friend is welcome.

Ground floor apartment in a historic Modena building, renovated on the outside and featuring a large shared internal garden. Upon opening the door, light and spaciousness embrace you. The entrance, living room, and kitchen are connected. The separate sleeping area features a generous size and a king size bed with a blue sodalite marble effect porcelain stoneware headboard. A fully equipped bathroom with a walk in shower completes the apartment. Usable internal floor area is 65 square meters. Interiorly, there are a few antique solid wood elements from our family history, contrasted with modern, colorful elements. Originally, the building included a basement and a mezzanine level, now joined into a single volume with an internal height of 3.50 cm. The living room features a (partial) fresco dating back to the early 19th century.
