Efficient and beautiful, at the city center

The place is centrally located. And though small is just so efficiently designed, every square meter maximized. Such a gorgeous place, probably our favorite in this trip. Paula is also very nice and helpful.

Bra läge bara runt hörnet från Massimo Bottura’s restaurang Osteria Francescana. Vi anlände sent men fick bra hjälp med både incheckning och utcheckning trots att ingen personal fanns på plats.

Great central location in pretty street. Good sized rooms. Nice coffe maker. However, a bit a smell from the drain in bathroom. Also best for people who know each other well as the toilet is in same room as bedroom and has only a glass door (not frosted). Depending on who is your neighbor you are likely to have some noise coming from stairs and it room above as it is a converted house with wooden stairs/door.

We were staying here since we had a reservation at Osteria Francescana. It was the perfect location since it was literally 20 feet away. For the price the set up and amenities are great. We coordinated check in and were able to just leave when we were ready in the morning.

The location was perfect. The property owner was extremely friendly and helpful. And the amenities were nice. It was by far the best showed we’ve had anywhere in Italy in our two weeks here. It is a bit like an American tiny house, in that they had to be creative with small spaces, but we were very pleased.

Trappor, trappor...

Det är ett troligt boende, men det står inte tydligt att det är så många trappor som är ganska svåra att gå i, speciellt med bagage. Det borde också stå att handfatet är i sovrummet och inte i badrummet. Man borde också påpeka att det är extremt lyhört. Vi vaknade mitt i natten av att det lät som om det var någon i vårt kök.

I stayed on the top floor so the bedroom was located above the living room and it had a skylight. The wifi was good and the place was clean. There was complimentary water and breakfast at a cafe about two blocks away which had great coffee. There were just some features that could've been added to make the place better. Excellent location and amenities. The property was in great condition and laced nothing at all. Internet worked great. Our only suggestion would be that the glass doors on the bathroom be frosted for a little privacy.

Excellent stay right in the heart of Modena. Modern decor and very well designed compact apartment with fantastic skylights. The breakfast provided at the cafe around the corner was also fantastic. Highly recommended! :)

The location of the B&B was great! It was convenient for getting around to all the sights in Modena, but off the path enough to be on a quieter side street. Inside the room was a little noisy- we could hear the people staying in the room below us, as well as the neighbors throughout the night, but there was no outside street noise which was nice. We'd definitely recommend this location!

Fint ophold i Modena, men med lidt kommentarer

Ligger virkeligt godt for et par dage i Modena - man kan gå til det hele. Lejligheden var udemærket, dog vil jeg sige at i forhold til de billeder vi så på Hotels.com, så var det nok mindre en vi havde troet. Også lidt underligt at der er glasdør ud til toilettet - der var intet privatliv. Det lyder måske lidt negativt med ovenstående ting, men vi var glade for at bo der - det var hyggeligt og meget central. Man kan ikke spise morgenmad der, men får vouchers til en lille café i nærheden og det var super lækkert.

De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk, de kamer schoon en echt heel compact, wel een beetje donker. Het bed was klein, en de douche was een beetje krap. Het ontbijt in een nabij gelegen café was heel goed verzorgd. Jammer dat er geen informatiemap op de kamer lag, zelf geen stadskaart, dat vonden we wel t minste wat er had kunnen zijn. Kortom een leuke kamer, maar niet voor meer dan 2 nachten volgens ons.

Bedroom is separated from the living room by a long hallway, giving the feel of 2 living spaces included in the suite. The windows open to the street where you can hear the sounds of the kitchen of Osteria Francescana prepping for their dinner service later that day. Very clean and nice facilities for a short stay.

Everything about this stay was wonderful except one minor minor thing in that the shower and bedroom became a wet room when having a shower.. the stay was fantastic and did everything we needed
