AVOID AVOID AVOID
This hotel has been beyond terrible. I have never had such a bad experience. I paid for 5 guests in a room, but the hotel did not provide what was promised. They removed the sofa bed before we arrived, and even after complaining they said they were not going to do anything. One person had to sleep on the floor! Hotel would let me cancel without losing 100% of the booking cost. This hotel also failed in so many other ways. They were renovating the hotel and therefore many areas were extremely dirty due to construction work. They have no excuse not to clean the areas that remained open, however those areas (corridors, etc.) were filthy, the smell inside the room was unbearable. Then the breakfast... awful and they did not even provide enough food, they ran out of fruits and other things. Seriously, do not stay here!

This property is in horrific condition due to extensive construction and should NOT have been open and renting rooms during the Holidays. It was frightening and unsafe. The fact that Expedia pushed even a rate of $70 is unthinkable. I have photos and video footage that show a good portion of the property to be slum-like due to the rubble and trash and inaccessible spaces. I request a refund from Expedia!

A straight dump. Very dirty. I had to use the comforter to block dust from coming in my room from under the door. They had bugs in my room. Also very loud because they are working on the hotel. Including the room next to me. Last time I pick the cheapest priced room. Lol you get what you pay for.

The entire property is under renovation, caution tape is everywhere, trash is everywhere, outside and inside the hotel. It smells, scary part of town, terrible all around. Not happy at all and there should have been some sort of warning of renovations taking place.

The hotel was under construction so it looked bad. The pull out sofa had feces on it. They changed out the mattress but still. Its outdated for sure.

Do not recommend
Pool was closed which is the main reason we stayed due to the indoor pool. Breakfast options were waffles and toast, juice and cereal with no milk. Room was very dirty. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Toilet was clean but bath tub had mold and dirt in it. Microwave had dried food inside. Some plugs in the room didn’t work. Hotel smelt like moth balls. Staff was friendly.

My stay there was mostly positive; there were small physical issues but as the ownership had recently changed hands and they are starting a re-model, it was forgiveable and the staff was very accomodating

There for one night and a nice rest after a long drive was what we wanted. What we got: beds were very uncomfortable, sofa bed was dirty and unusable, toilet hadn’t flushed well and we found a surprise, noises throughout the night from other guests, and by 3 am, seeing the police outside our window arresting someone did not make it any better. We were looking forward to the breakfast included only to get a broken waffle iron, cheapest cereals, and coffee that was extremely bitter. Never again!

Be aware!!
The pictures posted on the listing do not compare with the actual property. It was dirty dirty dirty! Falling apart. My kids were terrified to stay here. We didn’t feel safe! We were only stopping for the night on our way to Floridian. We were so tired from driving 10 hours we just stayed here. There was no trash can in our room. The cabinets were missing doors. The bathroom was dirty. I wore sandals to shower. There was a broken window.

A Nightmare
I don’t know why Quality Inn Corp stop caring for the hotels and administrations. One inspection and they close this place even the government. I will never consider this chain of hotels anymore. Everything was bad!! Avoid at all cost.

There was mildew in the shower area. The tv had lines going across it. The vent in the bathroom made a loud noise. The ice maker on the 3rd floor didn’t work. And there were ants in my drink the next morning on the nightstand. I will never stay at this location again.

Kuvat Hotels.comissa eivät MISSÄÄN määrin vastanneet todellisuutta. Uima-allas oli resuisen näköinen, samoin kuin koko hotelli. Lattiat oli paikoin rikkinäiset sisätiloissa, huoneen lukot kuin koristeena. Ensimmäinen huone, joka perheellemme osoitettiin, oli rempallaan pahan kerran: ilmastointilaite vuosi, mikrouuni oli likainen, kaapit ja huonekalut erittäin huonossa kunnossa ja huone haisi vanhalle tupakalle. Yleisilme oli kuin 1980- luvulta. Ystävällinen hotellivastaanottaja ymmärsi reklamaation ja osoitti toisen huoneen. This was the worst hotel. The room was not clean. There were stains on the bed, walls and floor. The hotel was dark, gloomy and humid. I asked for a new room but was told no so I got my $100 deposit back and went to the Holiday Inn next door. Do not stay here!

‘Quality Inn’? Corporate needs to pay a visit
This is a dilapidated, run down property. The staff is nice and friendly, it was a quiet place to spend the night. Fairly clean where it mattered. That’s about all I can say positively. Room was run down and lots of wear and tear on the furniture and fixtures. The bed was basic. The breakfast was some cereals, juice, waffle maker, and a few bread options, Nothing hot other than the waffles and coffee. For a ‘Quality’ inn that cost me $130 on hotels.com, I expected a lot more. This property should be de-listed as a Quality Inn, it certainly isn’t matching the idea of the brand at that price.

Drive up very nice, lobby nice, checkin employee great. Getting into room tv did not work. After 45 minutes tv fixed by the check in guy who was very nice. I asked where tin tub was and was told it is not available any more! Disappointment!!! Got ready for bed and the bed was the wore one I ever tried to sleep in. I could feel the coils!! Horrible sleeping experience. Glad I was here for only 1 night! Bad experience. Will never return here.

By far the worst quality inn I've stayed in, this will be the last time I stay in a quality inn. Super dirty, going inside, the floors were horrible, the walls were horrible. The whole hotel smelled like mold. The hotel customer service at night was just as bad as the hotel.

This property was very unsatisfying in many ways, because of the atmosphere in which it of holes. We were told there was no smoking on the property and the property reeked of marijuana that was noisy neighbors in the adjacent room. The amenities and pictures that we saw online or outdated, and do not paint a clear picture of what there is to come once you check into the hotel.
