Upon arrival we found that the dishwasher was full of dishes and had not been unloaded. We also found numerous cobwebs, dusty places in the rooms that looks like they had not been cleaned in sometime and numerous spiders also. There was major issue with roaches in the house as well. We also found that the ice maker was not working. We reached out to the owner on Sunday morning regarding this it was never resolved. There where cobwebs and spiders in some of the drawers in the kitchen. Also we were locked out of the home on Friday and were not scheduled to checkout until Saturday morning. Overall we were satisfied with the space the house offered and the location of the house. But the numerous issues we had with the roaches was totally awful. It actually came to the point where we had to keep the lights on the entire time. We were not able to get sleep because your thinking about the roaches in the house trying to make sure none got into any of our things that we had to bring back home. We are sure that the property owners are aware that they have roaches because they had roach spray and bait packets in the kitchen. If that was the case this property should not have been listed. Not only that for the amount of money that we paid to stay at this property. Every chair at the kitchen table was broke and taped up with tape. Air plug ins for air freshner were empty. I really feel like some of my money should be refunded back due to the numerous issues we encountered.
