This is as an amazing place! So clean and well thought out. The lock system wasn’t working so we had to get the cleaning key and the door was really difficult to lock and unlock but property owner was super responsive. The location is a bit odd, in a business park area but overall the best place we stayed on our 9 day trek thru Utah!
PROs:Brand new unit (built in 2025?) - clean inside and new furniture, appliances, and kitchen utensils, pots, pans…Beds are really comfy.CONs:Only one window has a screen (out of 5 windows 1 sliding patio door), so opening these lets in flies, mosquitos, and other bugs.Continuous fan/motor-like noises in the bedrooms throughout the night.INFO: No washer/dryer in the unit, there’s a public laundromat in front of the building.Missing kitchen basics like sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, …

Comfy inside and lovely decor
We had spent time in Sedona and the Grand Canyon and this was our last 3 nights of a great hiking week. We appreciated that the location was not in the hubbub of the town but wished for a bit more darkness to enjoy the skies at night. We found great places to shop and eat while there. The unit itself was well decorated and finish with great details.the kitchen was good size and the bathrooms were beautiful and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms were good size and although we didn’t watch much tv, each room held a big tv. It was a quiet area and good for getting rest. This unit is behind some commercial space in the same building which compromised some of the views and ability to enjoy being outside on the patio. All in all, we enjoyed our time in Moab and appreciate the cleanliness and comfortable bed.
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly what our family traveling with kids needed. Clean, spacious and super convenient. The laundry mat attached to the building was a bonus. I think the only downside was our upstairs neighbors were pretty loud at what seem to be inconvenient times but nothing unmanageable. We so look forward to returning and telling our friends about this property!
We traveled with our daughter and husband from western colorado to do some hiking in Moab. Vizcaya was extremely nice and gave easy access to Moab. It was seamless process and all made our trip that more enjoyable.
