The house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend mountain biking in Moab. A little out of town so it was nice and quiet, but still close to things. Killer view of the La Sals. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was easy and effective. Would definitely stay again!

The views from this place are incredible! The deck looks out in a 360 degree view. The place is a short driving distance from the town of Moab as well as Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point. A bonus was a drive on the La Sal Mountain Route Trail. We hope to return someday.

Property is as advertised. Great view on the outskirts of town. The 1 BR is on the top floor above the 3 BR, but we couldn't hear the folks downstairs at all. Def would stay again. Perfect for a couple.

Great location. Wrap around deck provided wonderful views of Moab valley. Was able to take Milky Way photos right in the car park. Laundry service convenient when on a 2 week vacation.

Amazing views of Moab and the surrounding mountains especially with the wrap-around deck. Close to many trails and state/national parks. The house was very comfortable and the grill worked! No issues or problems at all. Would stay here again.

Outstanding home away from home

Everything about this 2 floor home is incredible. Hubby and I rented srcond floor one bedroom with wrap around porch. Rest of family rented first floor with 3 beds and 2 baths! Both apartments are great. So close to everything. Less than 10 minutes to Arches! Spectacular vistas of La Sal Mountains! This house sits on a hill overlooking the valley and Moab! The best in my opinion. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed the sights from the apartment, and loved how close we were to everything. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. The owner was super helpful when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. Overall a great stay.

We had a good stay at the one bedroom Overlook Apartment. The location was good. The apartment was clean. Rugs, comforter and curtains were old. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was a “swamp cooler” and it barely kept up.

So cute!

This place is perfect for a weekend get away! The view is great! It’s 15min from arches which is stellar! The porch is a major amenity too. VERY well stocked too, even had steak seasoning and tea! I wouldn’t stay here with more than 2 adults and 2 little kids/1 older kid as I can imagine it would be a little cramped. Host is AWESOME! We ended up packing out early and then realized at checkout time we forgot my insulin and the host was super great about us coming back to get us stuff:)

Loved the porch! We sat out there every night and the breeze was perfect. Drive way location was tricky but acceptable. Amenities were good, even had a cooler to use on our exploring. Door dash is available. Blu Pig restaurant was our favorite and very close by. SWAMP COOLER a/c was incredible cold, great on hot days. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Great location just outside of town, easy access to both north and south bound lanes of 191. Great mountain views of La Salle from porch. 5 STARS!!

Enjoyed our Stay

We had a family member pass away and had to modify our reservation last minute and Sunnie was very kind and refunded a portion of the days we had to cancel! The communication was prompt, check into the accommodation was easy, and the views from the many windows on the property were magnificent. We really enjoyed our stay :)
