This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome is located in the quiet and exclusive neighborhood of Solano Vallejo. Petroglyph Place has an authentic southwest vibe with beautiful decor. Surrounded by red rocks, and with a quiet complex pool available seasonally, this location is perfect for your vacation in Moab.

With the King size bed in the master bedroom, and two Queen size beds in the rooms upstairs, the Petroglyph Place will comfortably house up to 6 people for the duration of your vacation.

Throughout the condo are real wood floors, and beautiful granite countertops. There is Cable TV available in the living room and Master bedroom. The back patio is like a private oasis surrounded by greenery, and plenty of seating, providing you and your guests with an excellent indoor/outdoor living experience. With a fully equipped kitchen, and a propane BBQ grill on the back patio, you have multiple cooking options available for creating tasty meals during your vacation.

With a single car garage, one parking space in front of the garage, and several shared spaces in the center of the complex, there are plenty of parking options available. Trailer and RV parking is available on the main road just outside of the complex.

No pets are allowed in Petroglyph Place under any circumstances. Many of our guests have severe allergies and we try our best to accommodate their needs by keeping the condo clear from pet dander. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, even if it is a registered service animal, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Petroglyph Place has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.

Great location for my trip

Had a great time staying with my friends down here in moab at this location. Its very nice and has a a great location in relation to downtown. Would reccomend.

Place to stay in Moab

Wonderfully decorated, Well appointed, Everything was perfect, Even a garage. Nice patios, Is super quiet, Comfortable beds, Manager Tom even sent Helper to fixTV at 7 PM Too early in season to use pool, This place is perfect and a great value. Mega thanks.

Okay but very dated

The upstairs bedroom on the left was like sleeping on concrete. The porch has a stack of dirty and broken chairs. The plants were overgrown. The decor and furniture are very dated. It is small, the location is good, it was clean. Would I stay there again? No, it was just old and tired looking.

Moab Retreat

Let me preface this by saying I am a professional traveler and have stayed at VRBOs all over America and Internationally. I will provide both the positives and improvements for the property, but in summary, I would stay here again. Positives: (1) Great location about 4-5 miles from town (2) Quiet area - you have to worry about the noise level (3) Comfortable beds (4) Property was as advertised Improvements: (1) After booking the property, Safely contacted me to complete a guest screening. I had to provide an ID.... unexpected to say the least. (2) There was a mouse in the house. Yes, a mouse. (3) The hair dryer was cheap and did not have a flow guide attachment - women know this can burn their hair without (4) Cheap tissue and bathroom soaps/shampoos - tiny little bottles. Suggest you bring your own (5) Made a big deal about the quartz countertops but had an empty cleaning bottle so..(6) Dishwasher is not secured and can tip (7) The family room furniture and TV is not laid out well. We were 2 people and if you plan on sitting around the TV as a group this is not the place to do that.

Spacious Place

I was traveling for work and this was a great spot to stay for an overnight trip. I imagine it would be a great space to stay with family and friends in Moab if you had more time than I did.

Nice family getaway

There were some maintenance items that should be addressed. It was really annoying to have key locking doors on the bedrooms that my children's use because they could lock themselves in. Also the barbecue grill needs to be replaced the buttons on the grill were completely melted I had to take them off and use my pliers to turn the burners on and off. If you have a small party the living room's okay but it was not comfortable for us to sit and watch a movie as a family of five after our day hiking in the parks. We did love the colors and the decor in the home. And we would definitely stay there again.

Great Mtn Bike Getaway

This property worked well for the three of us that were in town for a mtn bike road-trip. Each of us had a nice bedroom with comfy beds. The house was clean and the garage was great for storing the bikes. Would definitely stay here when in town again.

Fun decor!

This property was very clean and maintained well! Being from the midwest it was fun to stay in a house full of southwest decor. It is only 25 minutes to Arches, minutes to all sorts of restaurants and the 4x4 ride that we did. There was a nice night to star graze from the back patio off the master bedroom.

Good stay

Property was nice. Neighborhood was very nice. Very good stay. One problem however was every single chair at the dining table was unsafe to sit in as well as one of the patio chairs. The patio chair was broke and the dining room chairs where loose and on the verge of collapsing. Didn’t effect us much as we didn’t eat in the house but it would have been nice to have been able to use them. Both cleaning ladies were exceptional, the one working on it when we arrived early and the one cleaning as we left. I only gave a 3 star rating for the communication with property manager because this system made me pick something. We didn’t need to communicate with e the property manager. Also might mention to future renters that you have to push the check mark key after entering the door code. Took us a few minutes to figure that out.

Great layout

Accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Wonderful roomy bedrooms with a lot if closet and storage space. Lovely wooden floors and fun sw decor. The kitchen supplied were ok but minimal. It would have been helpful to have a couple of serving type covered bowls to use in the microwave. Sadly the grill did not work, which we were not aware of so we ended up having to cook a couple meats indoors which set off the smoke detector. The smoke detector also seemed to come on during our stay for no apparent reason. This should be vkecked out. The fireplace didn’t work either Or we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Instructions in the book would have been helpful as it was chilly a couple evenings. We did not receive the code to the entry ahead of time, but I was able to contact the manager while enroute and received it before arrival. Apparently I had not booked 4 days as I thought-Only 3. Fortunately the manager was able to extend our stay for the extra day, which we very much appreciated. Would highly recommend once the grill is repaired, smoke alarm checked and operating instructions for fireplace added.

Loved the southwest decor!

Great property!! The kitchen is very small Though and minimally stocked with cooking utensils etc but had plenty of dishes and eating utensils. The property is a bit small On the main level but had a nice cozy feel to it. The property manager was very nice and accommodating.

Charming and Comfortable

Very clean, comfortable and attractively decorated. The shower downstairs is great.. We loved our time here. The selection of bowls were either very small soup bowls or huge plastic mixing bowls. We would have liked some larger cereal bowls and seving bowls.
