Motifs of ancient rock art greet you in the colorful décor of spacious Krystal Kiva! As you settle in to this fully-carpeted abode, you’ll discover Spirit Bear, Lizard, Bighorn Sheep, Coyote, and Kokopelli, the mythological flute player of southwestern Native American cultures. The Great Room has a soaring loft ceiling and large picture windows with superb views of Moab Valley’s west rim. After a full day, relax on the comfortable sofa and loveseat in front of the corner, gas-log fireplace while you watch cable TV.
The dining table seats six and there are two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The light pine cabinets of the airy, U-shape kitchen are stocked with new Fiesta dinnerware and all the cookware and utensils needed to rustle up a big western meal. Appliances include 2-door refrigerator w/top freezer, gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender. Don’t forget to try the gas barbecue grill on your gated, enclosed patio. You’ll have a fabulous view of the sunset as you gather around the tile-top picnic table. Across the patio gate, you will also have a great view of the east wall of Moab Valley, with Wilson Mesa and the La Sal Mountains rising up behind.

The huge Master bedroom has a wall of west-facing windows, overhead light w/ventilating fan and a brand-new, 4-poster King bed. A 6-drawer dresser, computer desk/chair, and a TV round off the furnishings. The en suite Master bathroom has a carpeted, dual-sink vanity/dressing area, a walk-in clothes closet, and a double shower with two sit-down benches. For privacy, there is a separate commode room.

The second and third bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a full tub/shower and a large sink/vanity. The second bedroom has a Double bed, 3-drawer dresser, full closet, and a mini stereo with CD/cassette/radio. The third bedroom provides a Double/Twin bunk bed; a 3-drawer dresser, clothes closet; and a clock radio w/CD player.

Completing the amenities of Krystal Kiva is the separate laundry room with Amana washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. From here, a convenient interior door opens into the double garage, where you can safely store your vehicles and equipment. There’s space for parking two additional vehicles in the driveway, if needed.
