The spacious newly remodeled kitchen is a highlight, offering modern convenience and a welcoming atmosphere. In the primary bedroom, enjoy a restful night on the queen-sized bed and utilize the chest of drawers for added convenience. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable full bed, while a third room off the kitchen serves as a home office.

Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, where a deck awaits with a bistro table. Take in the scenic views of the famous ‘M’ hiking trail as you unwind in this private outdoor space. A designated parking spot is conveniently available in the alley.

Please be aware that this property does not have air conditioning, but we provide two box fans for your comfort. Additionally, it's situated near a busy intersection, which may result in some noise. Please note that there is no guest access to the basement or attic, both are locked off.

Great location!
We wanted a house close to the river and downtown that would accommodate our dog, it was perfect for that. A couple times we drove across the river for dinner, no reason to ever do that, it was easier to walk across the "under" bridge on Arthur than to worry about parking. The house is fairly well equipped with all the usual cooking stuff, one highlight was having sharp knives, you don't see that very often. Though there wasn't a steel to use to refresh the edge. No AC is a real bummer, it's hot in the summer, and no doubt will always be hot. I think nowadays with all the ease of mini splits it would be hugely profitable to install. I would stay here again for sure, but not in the summer heat. All in all, a great place to stay and super convenient for everything to do in Missoula.

Dog friendly home in University District
My husband and I and our two boxers stayed here over 4th of July for a family reunion. The backyard was very well maintained and perfect for our two girls. The location was great and we walked to the M straight from the house. The road is noisy, but you eventually tune it out. The mattresses are memory foam which is our favorite (we always bring our own memory foam pillows). Kitchen well stocked. Only complaints: The TV was really slow and didn't have access to local channels. And the bathroom towels could be a bit more plush vs paper thin. Overall, great stay - would highly recommend.

Great location! Appreciate the quick response and fix to the leaking toilet issue. Feel a financial compensation could have been appropriate as we were mopping up the floor and wringing out towels of toilet water. Hot pads in the kitchen would be nice as we used towels . Location is great but noisy. Worked great for us as our daughters rental is just around the corner

Cute. Beds are comfy. It is noisy with traffic, but neighbors are friendly. Bathroom needs updating. Tub, shower are patched and sink too low. New grout, tub /shower/sink/faucet is recommended. Check in/out communication was great and accommodating.

Comfortable spacious historic home
This one-level historic home with two-bedrooms, large fully-equipped kitchen, office, 1 full-bath, and combined living - dining area is a cozy get-away for two couples or a small family. Wood floors throughout add charm! Comfortable seating and vintage-style lighting. Its location within a historic neighborhood, walking distance to U of M, the downtown district, and recreational trails along the Clark Fork River is exceptional. A high-fenced, private spacious yard with grass & deck at the back entrance provide access to off-street parking. Home not wheel-chair accessible. Some traffic noise due to corner lot. The great location and well-maintained historic home make this rental excellent.

The property is walking distance to downtown and the U of M. There is some traffic noise, but the opportunity to walk to the concert (unfortunately was cancelled due to Pardi getting sick) and to and from the stadium was appealing. The home is dated, but they have done a nice job remodeling the kitchen. The bathroom could use a refresh. The team at Plum was easy to work with (we have stayed at one of their properties before).

Noisy Location
The house is okay but without AC or screens on all windows it was difficult to keep it cool. The location generally is okay but it’s on a very busy corner and with windows open in the evening it’s very noisy. Vehicle traffic from the 3-way intersection continued up thru midnight, Including truck traffic. I would not rent again.

Missoula House
IWe learned it was once dubbed the Kegs and Eggs house! Famous before MT football games for beer and breakfast. Our daughter knew the house when she was in college. Now 10 years out, it's been purchased and cleaned up. All good, but noisy! It's located on two busy corners.

Disappointed in this Montana Home
Property was true to photos, home was clean kitchen well stocked. Close proximity to University of Montana, located on very busy noisy street corner with high traffic, difficult to get in & out of parking to street. Rented this home to spend time with family celebrating our daughters graduation from U of M, we were disappointed when maintenance workers showed up for several hours on a Sunday afternoon scraping paint off of home & priming during our stay. Ladder & equipment were in yard & parking space , called management company several times to complain & request the work be done at another time. Management company was unaware & stated owner of property scheduled work. We requested workers please keep the noise down. Best management company could do was say sorry, but it wasn’t us who scheduled the work.

Perfect location for all things GRIZ
Such an incredible location for events on campus. The road is very busy but with a fully fenced yard our dog was extremely happy and being in the action location of campus kept our teens engaged. Communication was great as our coffee pot broke and they got us a replacement super quick…excellent customer service!

Great Stay

Cozy spot close to everything in Missoula
We really enjoyed staying here, right at the edge of University district in Missoula. You can see the "M" on Mt Sentintel right from the kitchen window and the river and all the restaurants, shops and other things (Dragons Hollow playground for the kids & dog parks) are a short walk away. It's a bit small but the lush backyard more than makes up for it.
