"We stay at this property every time we visit Asheville. This was our first stay since the name change. I was a bit skeptical because we weren’t sure what to expect in terms of quality and service, but this was one of our best stays in the 11 years we’ve been staying here. My husband and I decided to add an extra day at the last minute and Expedia and the service desk at the property accomoated us and made the process seamless. The front desk gave us a room on the top floor with a view of the mountain which made the stay even more exceptional. We arrived Saturday at checkin and stayed thru Wednesday and it was peaceful, quiet and comfortable. The cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful each day of our stay. Thank you to Gliza from Expedia as well as Rowynne Copeland and Deonte from Lantern Lodge. Deonte always makes us feel welcomed and appreciated. "

The breakfast was small but had a wide enough selection of foods to have something for everybody. The back parking lot was almost constantly a mess. I'm not sure who needs to take care of the trash situation out there but it seemed out of control. "
