「Property looks real nice but there is some exterior work that needs to be repaired immediately. At the very top of the building, the width side facing the Main Street there looks to be some panels ( not sure what you would call the them) that appear to loose and will off. Hopefully they will not fall off and hit a gues. Thank you」

「Front desk was friendly the only thing is that we could smell where people were smoking weed!! Don’t like the smell of it but other than that bed was very comfy and room was nice and clean . 」

「Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. 」

「This is a unique lofted duplex in the middle of the Sonoran desert. We loved the solitude and beautiful sunsets from the deck. Tons of hiking opportunities right from the property. We found the apartment dated, but comfortable for 4 adults. We did have some minor complaints (multiple power outages, lack of basic cleaning supplies, no grill on-site as advertised, trash under deck) but none of which would prevent us from staying here again. If you’re looking for a perfect rental property...

「The location was in a very nice subdivision, however, the property has been neglected and needs a lot of updating and maintenance. The bathroom sink did not drain and the towel bar fell off the wall. The kitchen needs to be better furnished with pots, pans, silverware and dishes. There were no kitchen towels The sliding glass door was very dirty and did not slide. It was a safety hazard as I was unable to open the door. There is a nice backyard, but the patio furniture needs to go to the dump....
