"The hotel building is a bit older, but it's clear the owner has thought a lot about guests' confort. Everything is very clean especially the linens. The interior has also been updated as well. The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! "I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan. The air conditioning was a standout, it kept the room wonderfully cold, exactly how I like it! Coming back to such a cool room after exploring the city felt amazing. I also loved the shower. The water and overall shower experience were refreshing and made it easy to unwind after a long day. A properly cold room and a satisfying shower make a big difference to me, and those were highlights of this stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Ulsan!"

"The buffet breakfast was great. It was a full buffet with eggs and sausages, if you are looking for western cuisine. A combination of western and Korean dishes. We really liked the fresh citrus fruits. The room was fine. The only thing we found was there was not a lot of room for your luggage. We left them on the floor which really wasn’t a hardship. It just would have been nice to have a bench for them. I would return here. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There is a subway station within 5-7 minutes walk. The subway here is easy to use."
